Is it ok if I add a link to the pages for the software I've written? I'm not sure Nelson will feel its appropriate. If you want, I can move them elsewhere.

I think it's fine. It will encourage me to add some scripts of my own.

Shouldn't the SLES tips go to their own page?
Regards.

Apache and oter categories are gone. I changed an url and it worked. Will svnwiki page titles be case sensitive from now on? Or it's just a bug?
Regards.
– Nelson
Yes, you can expect svnwiki to be case sensitive from now on. Previously it wasn't, but that was a bug. That is, changing it to being case sensitive, even though it breaks some URLs, is a fix of a bug, no the opposite. ;)
(Previously it lowercased all URLs.)
I think we should include direct links to all our tips here, no? Save clicks, or something. Hmm.

Hm. I think my recently added tip about passwordless ssh duplicates some information of the simple ssh watchdog tip... Maybe should we merge both?

It would be nice to add to every comment a timestamp, so everyone can get an idea when the last comment was written.

Welcome to the group, Jhair. :)
Thanks for the ssh without password tip.
I modified the ssh watchdog tip, replacing the explanation of how to establish passwordless authentication with a link to the new tip.
Yes, these comments should be shown with the timestamp of when they were added, good idea.
– AFC
Ok, timestamps are now supported.
As this comment shows, I made two small changes to the discussion pages:
- It is now possible to specify an optional subject for the comments.
- The timestamp of the comment now gets added automatically.
I would appreciate any further suggestions that we can use to improve the comments. Perhaps showing a Reply link next to each comment? What should it do? Maybe just use Re: $subject as its subject? Maybe include the replied-to comment quoted? Hmm.
