I will setup a webcam, actually it is already working at http://guajira.homeunix.net:1984/bigbrother/large

I only need to write a script so that the "offline" image is dynamically replaced with the image from the URL if my PC happens to be turned on (i.e. whenever I am at home).

It's a pity the webcam was not working properly for ICFP's contest, it would have been fun to see each other as Arhuaco had suggested...
