Keeping DATA-PATH in a subdirectory of STATIC-PATH in a svnwiki instalation creates security issues: an attacker could use the wiki software to overwrite any of the data files for the wiki that Svnwiki uses.
The fix is simple: just make sure to use a directory outside of STATIC-PATH for DATA-PATH.
