Gordon is a Common Lisp library that can be used to generate flash files. It is not well documented yet, and it only covers a small part of the flash (version 7) spec. You can get gordon from here:

Warning
The use of flash websites is a major problem for the free software community. People are working in free software for playing flash. And now it more or less handles just the display of things but it doesn't cover the whole flash specification yet. Everybody should try to make sure their flash animations play on free software flash implementations.

You can get the development-state of gordon using the subversion version control system:
