Arhuaco and I created the "progress" Svnwiki extension. It uses JavaScript/XML to show an interactive progress report when a commit is made to the wiki through the web interface and, once the pre-rendered page for the file changed has been updated, redirects the browser to the new version.
In order to properly enable it for your fuwiki weblog, include the following line in your CSS file:
